Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Within the UAE
We ship across the United Arab Emirates.

International Shipping
D'Asli Perfumes offers international shipping to selected countries. Availability of international shipping may vary depending on location, shipping carrier restrictions, and local regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. D'Asli Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Please note that some countries may have restrictions on shipping fragrances due to alcohol content and shipping regulations. Orders may be canceled if shipping restrictions apply.
Delivery Responsibility
After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the courier service. D'Asli Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Public holidays
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. D'Asli Perfumes is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
