Refund & Return Policy

At D'Asli Perfumes, customer trust is our priority. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. This Refund & Return Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as delivered
  • Include proof of purchase

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. This policy applies to both UAE and international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened fragrances
  • Used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products
  • International orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Authenticity Guarantee

D'Asli Perfumes sells only 100% authentic perfumes. If you have a legitimate authenticity concern, please contact us and we will review the case carefully.

Return Process

All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example: incorrect or damaged product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Shipping Responsibility

As stated in our Shipping Policy, once an order is handed to the courier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider. D'Asli Perfumes is not responsible for delivery delays, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders are generally final sale due to customs regulations, shipping restrictions for fragrances, and international courier limitations.

Returns for international orders are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
